Greeting Cards

Buying SS Greeting card mean ….. Sense of fulfillment !!!

Background - Seva Sahayog (SS) conducted a drawing competition of 600 children from 12 slums and some villages near Pune (Time ??)  All children thoroughly enjoyed this activity. Many got prizes and five select ones ,could see their drawings printed on thousands of greeting cards. The money from sale of these greetings was (will be ) given to following voluntary organizations.  
 Chaitanya Mahila Mandal- runs night-shelter and informal school for children of Sex Workers in Budhwar Peth for children and provides good environment for education.
Surajya – a voluntary organization that runs Study-room and free-tuition for children. Counselling for adolescent girls is also provided by the organization. (Location ?)
Astitva Pratishthan – Runs a residential school for children. It also runs bridge-schools at the sugarcane harvesting sites, to reduce the drop-out rate of migrant children.(Location)
Jijai Shiksha Mandir: a school in Jahangir Nagar area of Pune located in an economically weaker settlement.
 Swaroop Wardhinee - a very well-known organization in Pune, which aims at identifying ‘talent’ in the slums and grooming the talent by enhancing physical, academic, and character-building inputs.
